Dr. Ujjawal Sawarn is a faculty member in the Economics and Public Policy area at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. He holds a fellowship in Economics from IIM Raipur and previously served as an Assistant Professor at Bennett University. His expertise lies in monetary policy, capital flows, and financial economics. His research has been published in leading journals such as the International Journal of Managerial Finance, Studies in Economics and Finance, and Research in International Business and Finance. He has professional experience that includes a research internship at the Reserve Bank of India. Dr. Sawarn is the recipient of the ICAI International Research Gold Award (2024) and serves as a reviewer for Economic Modelling and Economic Analysis and Policy.
